People can get a lot more for their home its a great investment. She adds that metal doors are ideal for aesthetics and functionality. Metal doors are pre- hung with their own jamb so they dont shift warp or expand with settling of the house or weather. However she warns that this can be a double-edged sword and advises that if you plan to sell sooner than later do not install anything extreme because the new owners tastes may not match yours.
